Latvian Qualifications Database (LQD) is a unique database in Latvia that contains information on full qualifications obtainable in the education system of Latvia, when graduating an accredited education programme or through validation of non-formal and informal learning outcomes. In LQD, qualification is knowledge, skills and competences certified by an education document.
